We are currently seeking energetic and bubbly individuals with a passion for service to join our team as Floor Hosts. As a Floor Host, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers feel welcome and have an unforgettable experience at our café

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and ensure prompt seating
Maintain a clean and organised dining area
Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure efficient service
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously and efficiently




Assist in managing reservations and walk-in guests
Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times
Collaborate with the team to enhance overall guest satisfaction

Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
