Our small and intimate home based in Coniston is where you will join a supportive and passionate team environment dedicated to top quality care for our customers.

**The role**:
As an experienced Care Worker, you will provide care to our customers living in our residential home, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life
- Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at meal times and general mobility
- Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
- Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
- Ensuring their happiness by supporting their emotional wellbeing

**To be successful you will need**:

- A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
- Have over 2 year Experience as a Care Service Employee in an aged care environment
- Flexibility to work within a rotating roster as per the need of the home
- Required to work across Day and night shifts
- Empathy and dedication to the care of older people with a demonstrated commitment to meeting their needs
- Proven substantial experience in delivering high levels of exceptional customer service within the Aged Care industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
