As a Night Shift Carer, you’ll help older people live with dignity during the night hours, whether that’s assisting them to get around, go to the bathroom, take a shower, or enjoy a meal with a friendly face - all in line with their personalised care plan. You will help them feel safe and comfortable throughout the night, ensuring they have a restful and peaceful experience.

**The requirements | What it takes to do this work**
No matter your role, it takes a real love of caring, a willingness to jump in and do the work, and a genuine desire to make a difference. As a carer, you’ll also need:

- A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support
- An empathy for older people and commitment to meeting their needs
- 12 months+ experience delivering exceptional customer service within the Aged Care industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Must be able to work night shift and weekends
