Re & Sons is currently seeking an experienced Butcher to join their team in Malaga, Perth. Key Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim and prepare a variety of meat products for display and customer orders, including boning, slicing, mincing and portioning
- Prepare value-added products such as marinated, seasoned and crumbed meats
- Select and process meats for the production of sausages and smallgoods
- Operate and maintain meat processing equipment including grinders, mixers, mincers and tenderisers
- Prepare spice blends, seasonings,



marinades and curing mixtures to recipe specifications
- Assist with sausage production, smoking and cooking processes using specialised equipment
- Provide friendly customer service and advice on different meat cuts, cooking methods and product selection
- Support stock preparation, production planning and day-to-day workflow within the department

Applicants must have a relevant qualification and at least 2 years' experience working as a Butcher. A salary of $76,515 - $80,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
