IMP Home & Renovation is a growing residential renovation company based in Malaga. We take pride in delivering high-quality home transformations across the region, and we're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team and help us maintain our standards on the ground.

**The Role**

As Site Supervisor, you'll be the key point of contact on our renovation sites — responsible for keeping projects safe, on schedule, and built to the highest quality standards. You'll coordinate trades and subcontractors, manage day-to-day site operations, and be the link between the site and our project management team.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Safety Management: Conduct regular site inspections, identify hazards, enforce safety procedures, and ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Project Scheduling & Coordination: Organise and supervise daily work activities across subcontractors and trades to meet project milestones.
- Quality Control: Monitor work techniques to ensure all construction aligns with approved plans, specifications, and building codes.
- Site Logistics: Manage material deliveries and track site operations to keep projects moving without delays.
- Communication & Reporting: Run site meetings, keep project managers updated on progress,



and produce transparent daily reports covering activities, delays, and next steps.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical or logístical challenges quickly and efficiently as they arise.

**What We're Looking For**
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in residential construction or renovation
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations in Western Australia
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate subcontractors and trades teams
- Proficiency in English
- Based in or able to commute to Malaga
- Must Hold Class C Drivers Lisence

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
