We are seeking a standout Venue General Manager to lead our much-loved West End Yo-Chi, right in the heart of one of Brisbane’s most vibrant and high-energy precincts. Known for its buzzing food scene, diverse community, and constant foot traffic. Expect great vibes and often lines out the door!
Lead from the front, create exceptional guest experiences, and run the venue smooth as swirl. Inspire and grow a strong team, champion quality and safety, and take full ownership of your venue’s performance and results. What you’ll be doing:

Lead by example – deliver outstanding guest experiences and set the standard for your team

Coach & inspire – motivate and develop your team to perform at their best

Drive standards – uphold excellence in service, quality, safety, and presentation





Financial accountability – manage labour, COGS, and P&L; to deliver robust results

Build culture – recruit, train, and retain top talent, fostering a positive, high-performing team

Community focus – connect with the local West End community through events and partnerships to grow the Yo-Chi love

An experienced leader in hospitality or retail, ideally in high-volume environments

Confident managing financial performance (labour, COGS, budgets, P&L;)
