**The Venues**

Open from lunch through to dinner,** Soluna** dining and bar is the perfect local spot for family get-togethers, relaxed meals, and catch ups over drinks. The approachable food menu offers a great mix of Los Angeles-inspired snacks, seafood, and grill-style mains. The large dining space spans inside and out, with a separate lounge and bar area, making Soluna a high-volume, social hub and a new fixture of North Sydney dining.

**Sol Bread & Wine** is a cafe, bakery and wine bar that transforms into an approachable, modern European inspired cuisine. A recent neighbourhood hang out for serious coffee, freshly baked pastries and bread, lunchtime grab and go or next night time outing with a rotating list of European wines and a menu to match.

**The Role**

We are recruiting a Venue Manager & Licensee to take carriage of the people experience of our guests and team for our brand new location in Sydney's CBD, while bringing the fun and passion for our craft that keeps teams engaged and guests returning.

You will be accountable for the financial performance of the venue and uphold compliance as it relates to Health, Safety and Environment, and the Liquor License.



You will be a jack or jill of all trades, wearing many hats, bouncing ideas off your Head Chef and the precinct heads of department to constantly improve the offering. Ultimately you will be responsible for delivery against KPI's set as they relate to the performance of your venue.

- Mentor and support the Front of House team to deliver a high-quality execution of service including recruitment, onboarding and training.
- Manage the floor plan to maximise service periods in collaboration with Reservations and Events and the venue staff.
- Work with the Head Chef and Reservations and Events on the planning and execution of menus for a la carte and event bookings.
- Deliver consistent service that is focused on excellence, with a passion for the product.
- Have a financial focus including rostering to labour costings and stock control
- Support the strategy around growing the community of locals and regulars within and around the business
- Maintain compliance with Health, Safety and Environment policies, the Workplace Risk Management Plan and Liquor Licensing.
