The approachable food menu offers a great mix of Los Angeles-inspired snacks, seafood, and grill-style mains. The large dining space spans inside and out, with a separate lounge and bar area, making Soluna a high-volume, social hub and a new fixture of North Sydney dining.

Genzo is more than just a restaurant—it's an experience that lingers long after the last bite. Whether you're indulging in our melt-in-your-mouth yakimono at the bar or exploring our extensive beverage list featuring flights of sake, Japanese wine, and beer.

Both venues are part of** AURA by Aqualand**, located on Walker Street near the new Victoria Cross Metro Station is an iconic new address and symbol of North Sydney’s sophisticated future, setting a new precedent for luxury harbourside living.

Etymon is developing a multi-level lifestyle hospitality offering for residents and the local community alike. Additional venues in the precinct include **Sol Bread & Wine** a combined bakery, cafe and wine bar,



which will transform from casual dining throughout the day to a sophisticated wine bar by night, and a **UNA - Purveyor of Fine Foods** - a providore selling good crafted by our talented culinary teams.

**The Opportunity**

- **Team Leads**(i.e. aspiring future managers - casual & full-time available)

We are looking for positive, adaptable individuals who are passionate about service and take pride in tailoring the experience to each guest needs. As the face of our offering, through charm, confidence and knowledge, you will ensure our guests enjoy the best of what we have to offer.

**About You**
- Minimum 1-years experience as a Waiter, confident with managing a section
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering world-class guest experiences
- Ability to work as part of a large, multi-faceted team of hospitality professionals
- Confident with food and beverage and an interest in continuous improvement
- A commitment to personal and career development
- Flexibility in the days and times you are available
