About The Opportunity

Take the next step in your career with a role at the heart of shaping growing communities. This is a great permanent, full‑time opportunity to join a collaborative team as a Section 7.11 Administrator, where your work will help bring infrastructure and development together.



You will gain experience in policy development, financial reporting, and strategic planning while supporting and improving Council’s developer contributions framework. Your work will include updating contribution plans, monitoring development trends and assisting with team administration. If you’re looking to build technical skills, grow professionally and make a meaningful impact in the community, this is the opportunity for you.

Qualifications and Experience

- Certificate IV or above in Accounting or Town Planning
- Suitable work experience within an accounting or town planning setting
- Current Class C driver’s licence

Desirable

- Knowledge and understanding of Section 7.11 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979
- Knowledge and/or experience in financial reporting

Remuneration and Benefits

- Entry level for this position starts at $1,563.45 per week
- 35‑hour working week
- Opportunity to participate in Council’s flex‑time arrangement
