Sales Analyst – Costing, Pricing & Marketing

Full Time | Onsite Role

We are a fast-growing Australian truck body and trailer manufacturing business focused on innovation, operational excellence, and delivering high-quality transport solutions to the industry.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Sales Analyst to join our team at our Dandenong South facility. This is a hands-on role that will play a critical part in costing, pricing, quoting, sales analysis, and supporting the broader sales and marketing functions of the business.

About the Role

This position is ideal for someone who understands the importance of accurate costing and commercial analysis within manufacturing, transport, engineering, or heavy vehicle industries.

You will work closely with operations, production, sales and management teams to ensure quotes are commercially viable, accurately costed, professionally presented, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing detailed customer quotations, pricing proposals and follow-ups
- Managing product costing, margin analysis, and pricing structures
- Supporting tender submissions
- Analysing sales data, trends, profitability, and performance metrics
- Assisting with marketing campaigns, presentations, and sales collateral
- Maintaining and managing customer and sales pipelines within HubSpot




- Working closely with operations and production teams to ensure pricing accuracy
- Supporting continuous improvement of quoting and commercial processes
- Assisting management with reporting and forecasting

Skills & Experience Required

- Extensive experience in costing, pricing, quoting, and commercial analysis
- Strong background in sales support and marketing coordination
- Previous experience using HubSpot CRM is essential
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Advanced analysis and reporting capability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience within transport, manufacturing, engineering, or heavy vehicle industries will be highly regarded
