Workfast is seeking a standout Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to join a fantastic team based in Minto, NSW. This role is ideal for someone passionate about coordinating high-impact operations and delivering exceptional results within a quick-paced environment.

- Position: Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator
- Location: Minto, NSW
- Pay Rate: $36.00 p/hr + OT penalties and Super
- Start: ASAP
- Hours: 8am to 4pm

About the Role Our client creates vital infrastructure that helps keep our roadways safer, connects communities, and enables a more resilient power grid. Their work in renewable energy and agriculture makes life better by conserving resources and increasing productivity. You will join an experienced and dedicated operations team, serving as the essential linchpin between production, sales, and logistics to ensure seamless interstate and international movements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage weekly stock truck planning and interstate transfers (raise and track shipments through to receipt)
- Coordinate export shipments with freight forwarders (primarily NZ) and verify orders are checked and ready
- Maintain and report DIFOT performance (daily for production, monthly summary)
- Own and manage the specials register and NZ order register — tracking progress and ensuring timely communication
- Liaise closely with production to ensure availability of special and priority items, building strong internal relationships
- Manage the shipping schedule, slot bookings, clear dispatch notes, and follow up transport bookings




- Monitor credit holds and coordinate release prior to dispatch
- Handle administration duties including raising credits, RMA requests, and preparing twice-weekly stock requirements
- Coordinate large logistics projects with internal stakeholders

What you need

- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory planning
- Previous background working within a Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Distribution environment preferred
- Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (for planning, tracking, and reporting)
- Ability to follow detailed processes and thrive managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive follow-through to execution
