My Gatewayhas a fantastic opportunity available to join 1st Choice Appliance Rentals based in Minto.

As part of the traineeship, you will complete a Certificate III in Business. This position would suit a mature minded applicant who is comfortable providing customer service over the phone and who is willing to learn.

Duties include:
Answering a high volume of inbound calls
Creating current customer accounts
Document checking
Preparing accounts for the processing team
Communicating with clients when further documents are required using our templates
Contacting customers and taking phone calls
Making Sales




Chasing up missed payments
Entering client information into database
Make decisions about client accounts.
Be able to get to Minto industrial area.
Valuable communication skills.
Switched on individual.
Great attitude.
Honest and reliable.
Be able to handle difficult calls.
