Digital and Large Format Print Operator

We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Digital and Large format Print Operator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis at our Moonee Ponds centre.

This is a hands-on production role suited to someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced print workplace and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

About the Role

You will be responsible for operating digital and large format print equipment, completing finishing work, preparing customer orders, and ensuring jobs are produced accurately and on schedule.

Daily tasks will include
Operating digital and large format printers
Laminating, trimming, mounting, and finishing posters and signage
Preparing files and artwork for print production
Using finishing equipment including guillotine, laminators, booklet makers, crease/fold machine and binding machines
Packing and preparing completed jobs for delivery or collection
Managing multiple jobs while working to deadlines

This is a varied role where no two days are the same, so the ability to work efficiently and stay organised under pressure is essential.

About You The ideal candidate will:
Have experience in digital and large format printing
Be confident working in a busy production environment




Have excellent attention to detail
Be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Take ownership of their work and contribute positively to the team
Be willing to learn current systems and continue developing their skills

Experience with the following equipment will be highly regarded, although training can be provided for the right person:
Ricoh C7500X Series digital printers
HP Latex roll-fed print and cut equipment
