We’re now looking for a reliable and proactive **Administrative Assistant** to join our growing team in a **casual / part-time onsite** role.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- General office admin and data entry
- Assisting brokers with file preparation and follow-up
- Liaising with clients, lenders, and partners for documentation
- Keeping CRM systems and client records up to date
- Supporting day-to-day office operations
**About You**:
- Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Prior experience in finance, lending, or a brokerage (preferred but not essential)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems
- Able to work independently and take initiative
