About the Role

You will deliver high-quality, person-centred support to participants across The Blue Mountains, including:
Personal care & daily living assistance
In-home support
Community access & social engagement

Shifts Available:



Must be available between 6:30am - 7:00pm. Monday - Sunday

Service Areas

You must be willing to travel within:

The Blue Mountains and Katoomba - including surrounding suburbs.

What You’ll Need
Valid NSW Driver’s Licence Reliable vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance
First Aid & CPR Working With Children Check (Paid)
National Police Check (within 3 months)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
Full Australian working rights
Smartphone with internet access
(Willingness to obtain required checks will be considered.)
