Minto NSWTrainee

**My Gateway**has a fantastic opportunity available to join 1st Choice Appliance Rentals based in Minto.

As part of the traineeship, you will complete a **Certificate III in Business.** This position would suit a mature minded applicant who is comfortable providing customer service over the phone and who is willing to learn.

**Duties include**:

- Answering a high volume of inbound calls
- Creating current customer accounts
- Document checking
- Preparing accounts for the processing team
- Communicating with clients when further documents are required using our templates
- Contacting customers and taking phone calls




- Making Sales
- Chasing up missed payments
- Entering client information into database
- Make decisions about client accounts.
- Be able to get to Minto industrial area.
- Good communication skills.
- Switched on individual.
- Great attitude.
- Honest and reliable.
- Be able to handle difficult calls.
