As part of your traineeship, you'll work towards a **Certificate III in Business**, gaining real world experience that can launch you into a range of future careers—sales, collections, admin, HR, accounts, customer service and more.

**What a day in the life might look like**:

- Managing customer accounts and ensure records are up to date.
- Collating and presenting customer information to our approvals team.




- Answering inbound calls as part of our call centre team.
- Monitoring and responding to enquiries via our Live Chat platform.
- Following up with customers to request payments or payment arrangements (core function).

**What You’ll Need to Get Started**:

- A confident communicator with both empathy and solid negotiation skills.
- Be able to handle challenging conversations with professionalism and resilience.
- Own transport to get to and from the Minto office everyday.
