Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hairdresser to join our team at Instyle Hair Minto. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hairstyling and be proficient in cutting, coloring and styling techniques. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to provide personalised service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyse customers hair and physical features to advise and recommend hair styles;
Cut, trim, shape & style hair, based on customers instructions using clippers, scissors, trimmers & razors;
Bleach, dye or tint hair, using applicators and brushes;
Shampoo, rinse,



condition and dry hair & scalps with water, liquid soap, or other solutions;
Apply water, setting, straightening or waving solutions to hair and use curlers, rollers, hot combs, curling irons and foils to press and curl hair;
Comb, brush and spray hair or wigs to set style;
Style hair into dreadlocks and braids and add hair extensions;
Shave, trim and shape beards and moustaches;
Keep workstations clean and sanitise tools such as scissors and combs;
Schedule client appointments and collect payments;
Update and maintain customer information records such as hair services provided;
Recommend and explain the use of hair care products stocked by the salon;
Train or supervise other hairdressing staff where required.

How To Apply: The ideal candidate will hold Certificate III in Hairdressing with at least 1 year prior work experience as a Hairdresser or at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications.
