**About the role**

As the Cyber Security Operations Coordinator for The Grounds of Alexandria, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of this vibrant and popular dining destination group. This full-time role will see you manage data security across the board, deliver an exceptional customer experience and contribute to the ongoing success of this renowned establishment.

**What you'll be doing**
- Design, maintain and manage data security protocols, data structures and master data files.
- Configure and integrate data security systems, including firewalls and master file protections.
- Accept operational responsibilities and manage system processes effectively.
- Liaise with third-party security vendors (e.g., CCTV, firewalls, and related services) to ensure consistent security standards.
- Provide technical guidance to the director and develop training plans for system users.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions; resolve technical issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for all issues, updates, and system changes.
- Monitor network performance and promptly report any server-related issues.
- Continuously observe network and database activities to detect and prevent future anomalies.

**What we're looking for**
- Relevant qualification is required.
- Significant experience (5+ years) in a similar role, preferably within a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively work alone.




- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting
- Thorough understanding of data security and regulations.
