We are on track to become the stand-alone market leader in the U.S. and are looking for an experienced QA Delivery Lead to join our high-performing tech team.

The Role:

As a QA Delivery Lead , you’ll work closely with engineering, DevOps, and the CTO to drive quality across multiple teams. You will own the end-to-end QA strategy, scale automation, oversee release readiness, and lead a talented team in a continuous deployment environment.

What You’ll Do

- Lead QA practices across multiple squads to ensure consistent quality standards
- Define and implement scalable and maintainable testing strategies
- Own the roadmap for automation and integrate it into CI/CD pipelines
- Plan and execute manual and automated testing for backend, frontend, and APIs
- Explore and implement AI-driven tools to enhance testing efficiency
- Oversee release processes with quality gates, milestones, and reporting

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in QA leadership or delivery roles
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
- Expertise in manual and automated testing including regression, performance, and exploratory
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
- Proficiency in automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Experience with cloud-native applications, preferably in AWS environments
