Job Description
Bapcor is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Reward Partner to join our People & Culture team.
Working closely with our Head of Reward & Benefits, this is a key role where you will partner with the business to design and deliver fit-for-purpose reward solutions, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy, market competitiveness, and regulatory requirements.
As a Reward Partner, you will play an important role in shaping and delivering Bapcor’s reward, advantages, and performance frameworks. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will provide expert advice and insights to support decision-making, drive consistency, and enhance employee value propositions.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with business leaders to design and implement total reward solutions
- Drive the implementation and ongoing governance of Job Architecture and Job Evaluation frameworks
- Lead and embed the performance and remuneration review cycle across the organisation
- Support Executive Reward programs, including equity plans and annual report disclosures
- Manage and promote Bapcor’s benefits portfolio, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Collaborate on governance relating to modern award/Enterprise Agreement compliance and pay equity/compression considerations
- Support the design and delivery of incentive frameworks across the business
- Lead and support key initiatives including WGEA reporting and gender pay equity programs
- Provide relevant analysis, data visualisation and insights to support commercial decision-making
Qualifications
- Degree-qualified in HR, Business,or a related analytical discipline
- GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) designation highly regarded
- 6+ years’ experience in Total Reward, Compensation & Benefits, Incentives including sales incentives and/or Governance
- Strong analytical capability with experience in data modelling, insights, and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills (essential) and experience with Power BI or similar tools (desirable)
- Experience developing and implementing policies and change programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting capability, with the ability to influence
