Position Responsibilities:

- Processing invoices, subcontractor claims and preparing payment runs.





- Provide support to the project team for the storage and management of project documentation and the use of Procore electronic document management systems.

- Obtain quotations and issue purchase orders for site supplies.

- Meeting minutes and general site administration.

Key Competencies:

The successful candidate will have the following:

- Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions in a high-volume setting in the construction industry.

- Experience with computerised accounting systems (Jobpac preferred).

- A high level of attention to detail.

- Strong written and verbal skills.

- Punctual and deadline focused.

- Strong organisation and document management skills.
