**Experienced Barista for West End Cafe**

**The Role**

We are looking for someone:

- A team player and a good communicator.We are a small team so you'll need to assist on the register, floor and cleaning duties and also be competent working alone when required.
- Experienced Barista/FOH team
- Love to converse with our customers, Banter is a must.
- Is calm and organised in a busy environment.

Casual/part-time/full-time role on offer. Weekends are a must.

**The Venue**

Our breakfast/brunch/dinner café serves house made, unique dishes with an Australian Native influence and an emphasis on locally sourced produce. Our coffee is from ST ALi. The venue has only recently opened and so we are looking to bolster our front of house team as we are experiencing significant growth.



The café seats approximately 45 people in a lovely location in West End with close proximity to the West End farmers markets and Brisbane river.

**The Team**

This role reports to the owner who is big on empowering and supporting the team. They come from a robust hospitality background and encourage an easy going but professional atmosphere. We are passionate about becoming the best cafe venue in the area.

No working holiday visa applicants please, we are looking for longer term employees.
