We are a boutique disability support organisation based in the Moreton Bay region, seeking experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join a dedicated high-care team.
This role involves supporting a variety of participants with complex needs, including personal care, manual handling, PEG feeding, catheter care, and behaviour support, while providing calm, respectful, person-centred care.
About You:
- Experience supporting participants with high or complex care needs
- Calm, patient, and reliable
- Solid communication skills and attention to detail
- Confident following care plans and clinical procedures
- Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
Requirements:
- Cert III/IV in Individual Support (or equivalent experience)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR
- Working With Children Check
- Driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
