Chiropractic Assistant (Part-Time | Permanent | ~16 hours/week)

An opportunity has opened to join Fremantle Chiropractic. These positions are not frequently available, and we are seeking an exceptional person to become part of our small, high-performing team.

We will be conducting interviews and trial shifts over the coming week, and this role will be filled promptly. Early applications are strongly encouraged and will be prioritised.

The Role

This is a permanent part time position (~16 hours per week) within our South Fremantle practice.

The role includes a rotating roster across weekdays and Saturdays, with flexibility required to support team coverage during leave periods.

We are seeking someone who treats this role as a core professional commitment and primary work priority, even if they have other interests or responsibilities.

What You Will Be Responsible For

- Creating a calm, professional, and welcoming front-of-house experience

- Managing appointment scheduling and patient flow with precision

- Maintaining accurate, confidential patient records

- Handling phone and email enquiries with professionalism and care

- Providing structured administrative support to the clinical team

- Assisting with basic clinical and operational tasks (training provided)

Availability Requirements

- Averaging 16 hours per week

- Weekday availability on a set roster (e.g. morning or afternoon shifts between 4-8hours/shift).

- Must have capacity for Saturday morning availability (usually on a rotating roster)

- Flexibility to support occasional cover for sick leave and annual leave is essential
