We are looking for a **Retail Store Manager** who leads from within the team. You will be in the work. Working stock. Executing process. Setting clear standards by doing, not directing. Leadership here happens on the floor.

**The role**:
You will take full accountability for your store and deliver practical retail excellence every day. That means you will:

- Lead from the floor, not the office
- Work stock and execute core processes alongside your team
- Drive disciplined store standards across presentation, stock flow and service
- Manage sales, wages and costs with commercial awareness
- Build a capable team that understands clear expectations
- Hold standards consistently and address performance directly
- Guide your team through operational change as we strengthen capability
