As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Heidi, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and implementing our DevOps practices while being hands-on in building reliable, scalable, and secure s

ystems.
You’ll work closely with our engineering, AI, product, and compliance teams to enable rapid innovation without compromising stability or security. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s excited to help build healthtech infrastructure from the ground up in a hyper-growth, mission-driven envi

You’ll work side by side with our engineering mastermind to shape the infrastructure behind the future of h

- ealthcare:
Design and implement a scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infr
- astructure.Own and evolve our CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and safe deployment across en
- vironments.Collaborate with AI, backend, and frontend teams to ensure end-to-end system r
- eliability.Introduce and manage observability platforms for performance, alerting, a
- nd logging.Champion infrastructure-as-code practices with tools like Terraform a
- nd Ansible.Solve complex challenges around service uptime, latency, and cost op
- timization.Drive decisions on tooling, architecture, and DevO
- ps culture.Build compliance-ready infrastructure aligned with security and privacy standards like ISO 27001, SOC 2,
- and HIPAA.Remain hands-on, actively contributing to the codebase and infr

astructure.

8–10+ years of DevOps or S
- RE experienceProven track record building and scaling production systems in cloud environments (pre
- ferably AWS).Deep knowledge of infrastructure automation, CI/CD tooling, containerization, and orchestration (Docker,
- Kubernetes).Expertise in monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, E
- LK, Datadog).Experience with secrets management, service mesh, and distrib
- uted systems.Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements i
