As Sentinel Property Group and the Investor Relations team expand, we are seeking two detail-oriented Investor Relations Associates to support our investor relations initiatives. Role Overview

In this support role, you will provide vital assistance to the Investor Relations team, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining strong relationships with existing investors. Working closely with internal departments, you will play a crucial role in supporting capital-raising initiatives and maintaining effective investment activities.

About Us

Sentinel Property Group is a leading property investment fund with over $2 billion in Assets Under Management (AUM), delivering returns of 20.03% Internal Rate of Return (IRR) per annum across over $1B of historical transactions - with over 1300 active High Net Worth investors.

We currently manage 62 commercial properties across 16 active trusts, including Caneland Central (Mackay's #1 Shopping Centre) and Casuarina Square (NT's #1 Shopping Centre), led by our CEO & Founder, Warren Ebert (aka the 'Property Whisperer').

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare regular investor reports, including weekly, monthly, and annual updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness




- Conduct comprehensive reviews of investor Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
- Ensure adherence to regulatory obligations under AFSL with ASIC and AUSTRAC
- Support equity-raising activities and maintain professional investor communications
- Maintain, organise, and safeguard essential investor-related documents
- Generate ad-hoc reports as needed by the team, management, or regulatory bodies
- Engage professionally with existing and prospective investors
- Assist in planning and organising investor meetings, webinars, and events
- Develop relationships with institutional and financial advisory groups
- Maintain comprehensive records of investor interactions and events
- Conduct background research on potential investors for informed decision-making
- Stay informed about industry trends, investor sentiments, and competitive analysis
- Contribute to marketing materials for capital-raising efforts, including presentations and promotional content
- Assist in generating Investor Relations communications, including emails, pitch decks and investment overviews
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to achieve business outcomes
- Assist in training and onboarding of recent team members as required
- Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times
- Consolidated Responsibilities for Investor Relations Associate
- Support the Investor Relations Manager as required

Skills & Experience

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Property or Finance (desired, not essential)
- Experience in a similar role (essential)
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suites (essential)
- Experience in Adobe InDesign (desired)
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and a high level of pride in work
- Forward-thinking mindset and proactive approach (essential)
