We want to deliver the best possible service to all our clients based on our years of experience in the industry and our knowledge of values of the diverse range of properties in Maylands and surrounding areas.
Office hours 9AM – 5PM Monday – Friday.
About The Role
Kickstart your real estate career or transition from property managements daily grind! We’re seeking an Inspection Manager to support our Property Managers with routine inspections. Enjoy flexible hours and the freedom of being on the road.
This role is ideal for those who:
- Enjoy working independently and managing their own schedule
- Prefer being on the move rather than sitting in an office
- Are comfortable using technology to complete work efficiently
Role Includes:
- Scheduling routine inspections
- Sending all inspection notices to the tenants
- Conduct routine inspections of rental properties and complete detailed reports onsite
- Identify and document the property conditions, maintenance issues, and compliance concerns
- Capture high-quality photos and input clear, structured notes using our software (Inspection Manager)
Skills and Experience
- Ability to work well with technology
- Ability to problem solve
- Effective time management
- Solid attention to detail
- Reliable motor vehicle and driver’s license
- Completed or currently enrolled in the Property Management Course
