Our office is located in the heart of Maylands just across the road from the Maylands train station. We are just minutes to the city centre, Bayswater, blue chip Mt Lawley /Highgate and all the surrounding areas that the office professionals specialize in.
We want to deliver the best possible service to all our clients based on our years of experience in the industry and our knowledge of values of the diverse range of properties in Maylands and surrounding areas.
Office hours 9AM – 5PM Monday – Friday.
About The Role
Join our dynamic property management team! We’re Seeking an experienced property manager to manage a portfolio of residential properties. Manage properties, build relationships, and ensure owner/tenant satisfaction. Join us and make a difference in property management!
Role Includes:
- Deliver high-level service to tenants and owners
- Home opens and application processing
- Rental arrears
- Lease and management renewals
- Final bond inspections
- Property condition report updates, original PCR’s are outsourced
- Maintenance reporting and organising
- Routine inspections
- Day to day administration and client liaison
- No trust accounting
- Optional BDM work
- Company car provided
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in residential property management
- Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio
- Highly organised, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Up to date CPD’s
- Valid driver’s licence
