Senior Physiotherapist / Team Lead - West Melbourne
$110,000 - $130,000 + super
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Physiotherapist to step into a Senior / Team Lead position within a well-established, supportive clinic in the Inner suburbs of West Melbourne. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining hands-on clinical work with leadership, mentoring and shaping clinical standards. You’ll work with a mixed caseload across MSK, with exposure to Women’s Health and/or Clinical Pilates, tailored to your strengths and interests.
About the Role
- Senior clinical position with leadership responsibilities
- Mixed caseload: MSK with Women’s Health and/or Clinical Pilates
- Mentor and support junior physiotherapists
- Contribute to clinical direction, standards and team development
- Full-time position (part-time may be considered for the right candidate)

About You
- Minimum 4+ years’ clinical experience as a Physiotherapist
- Strong background in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
- Experience or strong interest in Women’s Health and/or Clinical Pilates
- Confident communicator with a passion for mentoring and leadership
- AHPRA registration required
- Full working rights in Australia
