Your Role

You’ll play a key part in keeping our customer experience smooth and our operations running well. No fashion degree needed — just good communication skills, a love of organisation, and a willingness to learn.

Key responsibilities include:
Processing and managing customer orders through our e-commerce platform

Coordinating with our warehouse and delivery partners to ensure timely dispatch

Helping maintain accurate product and customer data

Supporting seasonal campaigns (e.g., sales, launches) with light admin tasks

Sharing ideas to make our processes even better





This is a hands-on role with variety — perfect if you enjoy structure but also like seeing the impact of your work.
