​Sous Chef (Full-Time)

​The Sous Chef is the Head Chef's right hand,



crucial in maintaining our high standards and operational efficiency. This role is perfect for a highly skilled and proven chef ready to take the next step in leadership.

Role Responsibilities:

- ​Oversee daily kitchen operations in the Head Chef's absence.

- ​Menu development, inventory management, and quality control.

- ​Staff Mentorship & Training: Play a vital role in the ongoing training and development of our entire kitchen brigade, particularly the younger and apprentice staff.

- ​Maintaining strict Australian food safety and hygiene standards.

​

Ideal Candidate:

- ​Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.

- ​Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

- ​Deep knowledge of diverse culinary techniques and a passion for using local, seasonal Australian produce.
