Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute menu items, especially yakitori and grill dishes
- Maintain high kitchen standards and food quality
- Assist Head Chef with kitchen management and service
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
- Support and mentor junior staff while contributing to a positive team culture
Requirements:
- Experience in Japanese cuisine, yakitori, or grill cooking preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Reliable, motivated, and passionate about Japanese cuisine
- Full-time work rights (sponsorship considered for the right candidate)
