Team Global Express is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Scheduler**to join our Operations team in Rosehill, NSW. In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our customers, drivers, and internal teams — ensuring that deliveries, returns, and relocations are planned, scheduled, and executed seamlessly.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Coordinate deliveries, returns, and relocations of customer products to end users in line with agreed timeframes and service requirements.
- Schedule Team Global Express and external resources to provide a reliable customer experience.
- Consolidate and share scheduling details with relevant stakeholders.
- Enter accurate data into CRM/ERP/TMS systems for invoicing and tracking purposes.
- Manage delivery schedules within **Optimo**and shared client resources.
- Send timely notifications and operational communications to customers.
- Complete reports and required documentation accurately and on time.
- Follow Team Global Express Safety SOPs, OH&S; policies, and compliance requirements.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Previous **transport, dispatch, or scheduling experience**(2+ years preferred).
- Strong customer service and communication skills — confident in dealing with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Proven organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using transport/logistics systems (FMS, Rockhopper, Data Warehouse, Crystal Reports, etc. desirable).
