Ready to make a real impact? Carers Queensland is looking for an engaging and inclusive Learning Facilitator to help grow capability across our organisation and support the people who support our community.
In this role, you’ll deliver meaningful learning experiences—virtual, blended, and face-to-face—helping new and existing employees build confidence, connection, and practical skills. You’ll work closely with our People & Development and Organisational Development teams, travelling across sites to bring learning to life.
What you’ll do:
- Facilitate interactive training sessions and induction programs
- Design and deliver high-quality learning experiences across multiple platforms
- Build robust relationships with employees and stakeholders
- Evaluate learning outcomes and continuously improve our offerings
- Champion culturally safe, inclusive, adult-learning practices
What you bring:
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent upgrades)
- 2–3 years’ experience in L&D; or training facilitation
- Excellent communication, rapport-building, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse learners, environments, and priorities
- Commitment to inclusion, cultural responsiveness, and values-based work

- A full-time role with work from home days available (up to 2 days per week once past probation depending on operational need) either at Ipswich or Eight Mile Plains.
