Remuneration:
- Salary: $90,000–$120,000 + 12% super (depending on experience)
- Extras: $0.92/km travel allowance + performance bonuses

About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in a salaried role.
You will work across a mixed caseload (NDIS, NIISQ, HCP & DVA), with opportunities to develop specialisation in neuro, cognitive and psychosocial practice. The role offers a combination of community visits, telehealth, and clinic-based work from our modern Eight Mile Plains office.
This role is ideal for clinicians seeking stability, mentorship, and variety, within a supportive, values-led team.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete Functional Capacity Assessments, AT assessments, home visits and goal-focused interventions
- Manage an adult caseload with neuro, psychosocial, cognitive and behavioural needs
- Prepare high-quality NDIS/NIISQ-aligned reports and documentation
- Liaise with Support Coordinators, families, GPs and allied health providers
- Maintain collaborative, ethical and client-centred practice
About You
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Comfortable working in community environments (homes, community settings, telehealth)
- Experience with NDIS and/or neuro and psychosocial presentations (preferred but not essential)
Requirements
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
