About Us
Neurodiverse Playhouse Spring Hill is a warm, vibrant, and child-led therapy clinic dedicated to supporting neurodivergent children in ways that honour their individuality. We take a relationship-first approach and prioritise communication that feels natural, respectful, and empowering.
Our Spring Hill space is designed to be playful, sensory-friendly, and welcoming—a place where children feel safe enough to explore language, movement, and learning at their own pace.

- Primitive reflex and developmental movement work
- Multidisciplinary collaboration with OTs, EPs, and Podiatrists
We’re excited to welcome a Speech Therapist who values neuroaffirming practice and loves working creatively with children.
What Your Role Looks Like
- Supporting children with speech, language, and social communication
- Using AAC, GLP, and interest-based therapy approaches (training provided if new to these!)
- Partnering with families to help them feel confident and supported
- Designing fun, flexible sessions that follow the child’s lead
- Collaborating closely with our multidisciplinary team
- Offering in-clinic services, with the option for mobile visits if desired
You're the Right Fit If You:
- Are a Speech Pathologist registered with SPA
- Enjoy working with neurodivergent children in a respectful, empowering way
- Value teamwork, curiosity, and creativity in your clinical practice
- Are familiar with or keen to learn about AAC, GLP, and play-based intervention
- Feel confident balancing independence with collaboration
- Want to expand your skills in primitive reflex integration (we’ll train you!)
