Job Title: Exercise Physiologist – Part-Time (Thursday & Saturday)
Location: Neurodiverse Playhouse, Spring Hill

Neurodiverse Playhouse Spring Hill is looking for a caring and energetic Exercise Physiologist to join our team. If you enjoy working with children and are interested in how movement, play, and primitive reflex integration support development, we’d love to meet you. This position covers Thursdays and Saturdays, with full training provided in our playful therapeutic model.

At Neurodiverse Playhouse, we believe children learn best through joy, connection, and movement. Our Spring Hill team includes Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, podiatrists, and educators, all working together to create supportive, engaging, and meaningful experiences for children of all abilities.
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified Exercise Physiologist (paediatric experience is a bonus but not essential)
- An interest in child development and primitive reflex patterns
- Someone warm, enthusiastic, and ready to adapt to each child’s unique needs
- A willingness to learn our child-led,
neurodiverse-affirming, play-based style of therapy
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running individual and group EP sessions designed around movement, confidence-building, and fun
- Helping children build strength, coordination, and motor skills through play
- Working closely with our multidisciplinary team to create seamless, holistic therapy approaches
- Supporting families with practical guidance and simple strategies they can use at home
