Lara Real Estate is expanding, and we’re looking for a proactive and reliable Field Officer to support our Property Management team. About the Role
As our Field Officer, you’ll be the go-to-person for all on the on-the-ground support. Every day looks a little different, but your work will play a key role in client satisfaction, efficient operations, and the presentation of our properties.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine property inspections and produce clear, accurate reports
Attend open homes and assist with managing prospective tenant flow
Deliver keys and documentation to tenants, trades, and clients
Complete pre-inspection and final inspection checklists
Assist the Property Management team with maintenance coordination
General field duties across the Lara area
About You
We’re looking for someone who is hands‑on, friendly, and takes pride in their work.
You will thrive in this role if you:
Hold a current Agents’ Representative Certificate
Are organised, reliable, and self‑motivated
Have excellent communication and time‑management skills
Enjoy working independently and problem‑solving
Hold a current Australian driver’s license
Are confident using a smartphone/tablet for reports
Have a positive attitude and genuine desire to support the team
Experience in real estate is highly regarded, but not essential.
