Lara Real Estate is expanding, and we’re looking for a proactive and reliable Field Officer to support our Property Management team. If you enjoy variety in your day, working outdoors, and helping clients have a smooth real estate experience, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive and well-respected local agency.
About the Role
As our Field Officer, you’ll be the go-to-person for all on the on-the-ground support. Every day looks a little different, but your work will play a key role in client satisfaction, efficient operations, and the presentation of our properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine property inspections and produce clear, accurate reports
- Attend open homes and assist with managing prospective tenant flow
- Deliver keys and documentation to tenants, trades, and clients
- Complete pre-inspection and final inspection checklists
- Assist the Property Management team with maintenance coordination
- General field duties across the Lara area
About You
We’re looking for someone who is hands‑on, friendly, and takes pride in their work.
You will thrive in this role if you:
- Hold a current Agents’ Representative Certificate
- Are organised, reliable, and self‑motivated
- Have excellent communication and time‑management skills
- Enjoy working independently and problem‑solving
- Hold a current Australian driver’s license
- Are confident using a smartphone/tablet for reports
- Have a positive attitude and genuine desire to support the team
Experience in real estate is highly regarded, but not essential.
