The Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Technical Supervisor to join our team at a cutting-edge Australian Defence facility in Holsworthy. In this role, you will support the Site Manager by leading, mentoring, and coordinating a team of Fitters and Heavy Vehicle Mechanics to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational performance.
Hours of Work
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:45pm
- Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm

Could You Be Our Next Technical Supervisor?
To be successful, you will have:
- Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain an Australian Defence Clearance
- Certificate IV in Mechanical Engineering, Fitting and Machining, or a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic trade
- A current Australian open manual driver’s licence, including MR/HR classes
- Demonstrated leadership experience within a maintenance team, including maintenance planning, technical investigations, quality audits and inspections
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven capability in people management and client engagement
- A solid understanding of WHS, security and environmental compliance requirements in an industrial or maintenance environment
- Experience using IT systems such as MILIS, SAP and/or the Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
