Role Snapshot:
Position: Pharmacist in Charge
Location: Glenmore Priceline Pharmacy, Norman Gardens, Rockhampton, QLD
Employment Type: Full-time (Min. 38 hours)
Shifts: Primarily Monday to Friday with rotating weekends alongside 2 other pharmacists (store open 7 days).
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and Inspire: Guide the dispensary team, working alongside 2 full-time Pharmacists and 2 Retail Managers.
- Deliver Excellence: Cultivate meaningful customer relationships and provide outstanding healthcare services.
- Foster Collaboration:
Work as part of the leadership team to ensure seamless operations and foster teamwork.
- Elevate Healthcare: Deliver 8CPA professional services and support community health initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership Skills: A proven ability to inspire and lead a team.
- Customer Focus: Robust connection with the community and a commitment to outstanding service.
- Tech Expertise: Proficiency with FRED dispense software.
- Qualifications: Bachelor of Pharmacy and AHPRA General Registration.
- Vaccination Certification: Preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Driver’s License: Preferred but not essential.
