About the role:

In this role, you'll:
- Develop and implement forward-thinking strategies to grow international partnerships and student pathways.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with overseas institutions, government agencies, and global networks.
- Represent BHI at international forums, exhibitions, and strategic engagements.
- Lead a high-performing team and champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Oversee budgets, deliver revenue targets, and ensure compliance with international education standards.
Attractive salary plus superannuation. This role is full-time, ongoing position, based at our Elgar campus in Box Hill.
About you:
You're a strategic leader with a passion for international education and proven experience in driving global initiatives. You bring:
- Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in international business, education leadership, or a related field, or equivalent experience in international operations.
- Expertise: Extensive experience in international education strategy, student recruitment, and global engagement.
- Leadership: Ability to lead complex teams, foster collaboration, and build an inclusive, accountable culture.
- Strategic Thinking: Skilled in shaping growth strategies, managing budgets, and delivering results.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional ability to build and maintain partnerships with global institutions and government agencies.
- Compliance & Risk: Strong understanding of international education regulations and risk management.
- Mindset: Adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.

You will also need:
- A valid Working with Children Check (employee classification).
- A satisfactory National Police Check.
- Willingness to travel internationally and work outside standard hours as required.
