The Role

As a valued member of our administration staff, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of the clinic, acting as the first point of contact for patients, practitioners, and the general public. Your contribution will help ensure the smooth delivery of services to our patients, and you will be a key ambassador for the clinic.

This casual role requires availability during the following hours:

Monday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Additional cover as needed

You will be working alongside an experienced administration and clinical team, and your ability to show initiative, adapt to new situations, and maintain confidentiality will be highly regarded. Flexibility and reliability are essential for this role, as the successful candidate will need to adapt to the clinic’s needs and ensure smooth operations during peak times.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcoming and assisting clients with a warm, qualified manner.
- Efficiently managing phone calls and emails, ensuring timely responses and appropriate task prioritisation.




- Coordinating appointment bookings and maintaining diary management for therapists.
- Processing payments and managing invoices swiftly and accurately.
- Building strong working relationships with our team of therapists.
- Performing general administrative tasks as needed to support the clinic’s operations.
- Ensuring the clinic is always presented in a clean, organised, and professional manner.
