What we are looking for
- Passion for whole foods, simple solutions and seasonal offers.
- Strong knowledge of food sourcing, with an emphasis on free range, organic and seasonal ingredients.
- Demonstrated ability in controlling food costs and managing waste while maintaining quality first.
- Ability to work calmly and confidently in a high volume setting.
- Ability to craft simple food offers and craft aesthetically appealing plates.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate is a must.
