About the Role
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of Community Centres and the Community Hub
- Lead, mentor and develop staff and volunteers
- Oversee service delivery, compliance and business process improvements
- Contribute to strategic planning and community development initiatives
- Manage budgets, resources and reporting
- Build strong partnerships and represent the team across the organisation
What You Bring
- Experience in community services coordination, ideally in Local Government or the Community Sector
- Strong leadership,
team development and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets, reporting and operational procedures
- Knowledge of community development principles and relevant legislation
- DHS Working with Children Check (or willingness to get one)
