St Kilda Festival Safety and Accreditation Administrator

Salary Range Band 5 $82,356 - $94,961 plus 12% Super

Full time 2-month temporary position through to 27 February 2026

Located at St Kilda Town Hall with flexible working arrangements possible.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced event qualified to join the St Kilda Festival team to assist with the delivery of the 2026 St Kilda Festival. This role is responsible for the management of the festival Safety induction program and the accreditation program administration. A major part of this role is to ensure accurate records and databases for the safety induction training program and cards issued are kept and can be accessed at all times.

Duties

- Ensure compliance with the CoPP policies as directed by the Accreditation Manager
- Supervisor of casual staff and volunteers.
- Responsible for the operational liaison with the festival participants and local residents, local businesses and the general public.

Skills and Experience

- Demonstrated professional experience in planning, project management and communication.
- Demonstrated coordination and organisational skills in the event industry. Ability to read site plans.




- Judgement and ability to provide accurate and appropriate information and advice suitable to the varied needs of service users and the public in relation to the St Kilda Festival.
- Ability to meet short deadlines and maintain high level of work standards.
