Moss Vale Golf Club and Dormie House – Moss Vale NSW
A Rare Opportunity to Help Shape the Future of a Club on the Rise
Moss Vale Golf Club is not your average regional golf club. Established in 1902 and set in the stunning Southern Highlands, the club has entered a new era of growth, investment, and ambition. Alongside our 18‑hole championship course, we also operate Dormie House, our beautifully refurbished 30‑room on‑course heritage listed hotel built in 1934 — giving us a unique advantage when hosting major events, corporate groups, and visiting golfers.
With a youthful, energised, and highly committed leadership team, Moss Vale is building strong momentum. We are modernising systems, improving facilities, investing in people, and positioning the course for long‑term success. This is your chance to join a club that is genuinely on the up.
We are now seeking a motivated, hands‑on, growth‑minded Assistant Superintendent (2IC) to join our Greens Team and play a major role in the next stage of our journey.
Why This Role is Different
- Be part of real change: Moss Vale is investing heavily into course quality, infrastructure, and member experience — and your role will directly influence that progress.
- Course improvement projects underway: You will work alongside internationally recognised golf course architect Harley Kruse, contributing to planned long‑term enhancement projects.
- Growing tournament profile: The club will host a Women’s NSW Open Qualifier in February 2026, and a NexGen Tour Event in March 2026.
- A supportive, modern leadership team: You will join a stable group of leaders who value collaboration, communication, and opportunities to grow our people.

- Assist in spray programmes, irrigation management, and planning weekly workloads.
- Operate and maintain machinery to professional standards.
- Support the Superintendent on project work and continuous improvement initiatives.
