Join our Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as relays/planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing.
About the Role:
We are looking for a support merchandiser in FOREST LAKE and surrounds (suburbs may include, but are not loimited to, Forest Lake, Browns Plains and Springfield)
Up to 25 hours per week (average 10 hours per week) Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store. Flexibility is required across Monday to Friday with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday being essential days.
***ROLE TO COMMENCE JANUARY 2026***
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing strong relationships with Grocery personnel
- Creating and maintaining quality relays/planograms in stores
- Pricing and ticketing compliance
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
- Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
Successful candidate will have:
- Planogram experience in a grocery/retail setting (not essential)
- Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
- Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded
- Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
